Who We Are
NLefashion is an alterations studio specializing in wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, evening gowns, formal wear, and suits. Based in Etobicoke, we work with clients from across Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, and the GTA who value quality workmanship, personalized service, and experienced in-house alterations.
Founded by fashion designer and master tailor Nadia Lefkopoulou, NLefashion combines garment construction knowledge with a personalized fitting process designed around the individual. Every garment is assessed in person, every alteration is completed in-house, and every fitting focuses on improving comfort, balance, and overall fit while respecting the original design of the piece.
Over the years, clients have trusted NLefashion with everything from wedding dresses and designer gowns to evening wear, formal attire, and suits. Suit alterations focus on improving fit, comfort, and appearance through adjustments to jackets, trousers, sleeves, waistlines, and other key areas of the garment.
NLefashion alters evening gowns, gala dresses, cocktail dresses, prom dresses, and other formal wear, with experience working on beaded, lace, chiffon, and structured garments.

The Credentials Behind NLefashion's Alteration Expertise
Education & European Fashion
Nadia holds a Master of Fine Arts in Fashion Design, with formal training in garment construction, pattern-making, and fashion design. She also spent more than 12 years owning and operating a fashion boutique in Greece, gaining valuable experience within the European fashion industry before bringing that perspective to NLefashion.
Luxury Retail Tailoring Experience
Nadia spent approximately six years as a master tailor working with designer and luxury garments through retailers including Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Hudson’s Bay. This experience involved alterations to formal garments, designer labels, and luxury clothing where precision and attention to detail were essential.

Our studio is located on the second floor, above the hair salon. For your convenience, municipal parking is available at the rear of the building. NLefashion does not offer remote consultations by video, phone, or photographs. An in-person fitting is required for all alteration work, allowing the garment to be properly assessed for fit, balance, comfort, and movement.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee
At NLefashion, every garment is altered with the goal of achieving the fit discussed during your consultation and fittings. If adjustments are needed during your final fitting, they are completed at no additional charge as part of the alteration process.
We do not consider a garment finished simply because the alteration work is complete. Our goal is for every client to leave with a garment that fits comfortably, looks natural, and feels right for the occasion. When reasonable refinements are also needed to achieve the intended fit, those adjustments are completed as part of the process.
